Der er i de seneste år udgivet mange bøger og vist mange udsendelser i medierne om børneopdragelse og familieliv.

Men hvordan overfører vi det, vi ser og læser, til vores egen familie?

Det kan dette forældrekursus hjælpe med til. Forældrekurset henvender sig til alle forældre med børn og unge i alderen 0-18 år som gerne vil:

• Vide mere om deres børns udvikling
• Fremme positive følelser hos børnene og sig selv
• Blive bedre til at løse konflikter
• Have mere viden om, hvad man kan gøre for at få sine børn til at samarbejde

KURSUSINDHOLD

Vi vil se på små film fra hverdagslivet i forskellige familier og ud fra det tale om, hvordan man som mor og far kan støtte sine børn bedst muligt. Kurset sætter også fokus på, hvad I som forældre er optaget af omkring jeres børn og familieliv.

Forældrekurset tager udgangspunkt i Marte-Meo metoden og i de nyeste psykologiske udviklingsteorier bl.a. Daniel Stern, som har forsket i, hvor stor betydning samspillet mellem børn og forældre har for familiens trivsel.

Vi vil med udgangspunkt i dagligdagens temaer komme ind på, hvad der rører sig i børnefamilien:

• Hvordan forstår vi og håndterer vores børns følelser?
• Hvad kan vi gøre for at styrke vores børns selvtillid og selvværd?
• Hvordan løses søskendekonflikter?
• Hvilke kompetencer skal børn have for at indgå i leg og samarbejde, og hvordan kan man som forældre styrke dem?
• Hvordan kan man få det godt med sin teenager?
• Hvad påvirker samspillet med vores børn, og hvad skal der til for, at det lykkes for familien?

KURSUSFORLØB

Kurset er en form for workshop og vil veksle mellem oplæg, eksempler fra film, samt deltagernes egne erfaringer, bidrag og spørgsmål. Det er op til deltagerne selv, hvor meget de ønsker at fortælle om egne familieforhold. Det vigtigste ved forældrekurset er, at man får noget nyt og inspirerende med hjem.

FAKTA

Jeg hedder Linda Allermand, er uddannet socionom fra RUC i 1982.

Herefter har jeg været beskæftiget indenfor børne- og familieområdet, både som medarbejder og leder.

Jeg har arbejdet med rådgivning, familieterapi, konsultation, supervision og undervisning.

Jeg er efteruddannet i Kempler-instituttets treårige uddannelse i familieterapi i 1991 (v/ Jesper Juul).

Herudover er jeg uddannet indenfor systemisk familieterapi, og siden 2005 har jeg arbejdet som certificeret Marte-Meo terapeut.
